I feel awful as I surely thought I would have an answer by now. The more I get into this "project" the more they don't want to deal with it as they claim "this is their busy season". Nobody at RPM wants to take care of the responsabilities of having the product "for sale" to different buyers (customer service, order tracking, warranty, item codes/#'s, which to my opinion is pure "stupidity". If they can make a good product and make some money at it, I don't see what the problem is. Apparently this job would just be too small for them to handle. When Manny, my mechanic had it done, it was done as a personal favor, one time only...which I still can't understand was possible. I don't think these parts are made by hand, I am sure there has to be some sort of molding involved....so no good news..sorry guys but I am very frustrated....I really did not think it would be this hard.
